Friends, eggplant is a very familiar vegetable to all of us.Eggplant is widely grown in our South Asian countries.Eggplant is a very beneficial vegetable.Moreover, this eggplant is a popular vegetable among the people of Bangladesh.And I like to eat this eggplant.These eggplants can be cooked and eaten in different ways.
Such as, now is the month of Ramadan.Huge demand for eggplant in our country during this month of Ramadan.Because this Ramadan an item is made with eggplant for iftar.The name of that item is beguni (বেগুনি).Beguni is a delicious food for Iftar.I like to eat this beguni during iftar.
Friends, every day during the month of Ramadan, my family members and I make different food items for Iftar.I try to make different food items every day.You see, I made potato chop before and shared them here.Today is the 12th day of Ramadan.So today I made beguni in my house.So my mind wanted to share the moments of making beguni with you today.So I took several pictures at the moment of making purple.I shared the pictures with you here.In the pictures you can see the moments of making my delicious beguni.My wife helped me to make this delicious beguni.

Beguni are very easy to make.I make these beguni in a very easy way.Take a look at what ingredients are needed👇.
Ingredients
Eggplant
Pea-flour
Dried chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Cumin powder
Oil
Salt and
Water
Beguni can be easily made by collecting these ingredients.At first I was buying eggplant from the market.Eggplants should be washed well with water after purchase.Then the eggplants should be cut well.In the picture you see how I cut the eggplants.
Then I take a container.First I applied little water to that container.Then I mixed all the ingredients in that water container.After mixing all the ingredients a paste will be made.I mean I made a paste with all the ingredients.Then I mixed the eggplants in that paste.And ready to make beguni.
Then I put a pot on the stove and applied some oil to that pot.I mean, I will fry the eggplants now.Beguni will be made after frying the that cutting eggplants.Then I took the eggplants out of the paste and started frying them in oil.I will fry it as I wish.
And in a moment the delicious beguni was made.Delicious beguni was made in an instant.I took several pictures from the moment I made this beguni.In the pictures you can see the moment of making my beguni.So friends, you can easily make this beguni and eat it.It is very easy to make and very delicious to eat.
