Today I want to introduce you to one of the most requested preparations in the Restaurant, it is Pasta a la Boscaiola.
Hoy quiero presentarles una de las preparaciones más pedidas en el Restaurant se trata de la Pasta a la Boscaiola.
This sauce is said to be typical of Italy, even though its exact location is unknown. It has two versions:
- White sauce.
- Red sauce
*Esta salsa se dice que es típica de Italia, aún cuando su ubicación exacta es desconocida. Tiene dos versiones: - Salsa blanca.
- Salsa roja.*
The word Boscaiola is defined as lumberjack but do not get carried away by its definition as it is a relatively easy preparation. With few ingredients we can make it:
- Mushrooms
- Bacon - Olives
- Red sauce (based on tomatoes)
- White sauce (milk cream)
- Salt and pepper to taste
La palabra Boscaiola se define como leñador pero no se dejen llevar por su definición ya que es una preparación relativamente fácil. Con pocos ingredientes podemos realizarla:
- Champiñones
- Tocineta
- Aceitunas
- Salsa roja (a base de tomates)
- Salsa blanca (crema de leche)
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
Although there are types of sauces for each pasta according to gastronomy experts, this time, I mixed the two ways of preparing it, that is, we add milk cream to the red sauce, and the best thing is that you can accompany it with pasta your preference.
Aunque existen tipos de salsas para cada pasta según los expertos en gastronomía, en esta oportunidad, yo fucioné las dos maneras de su preparación es decir, a la salsa roja le agregamos crema de leche, y lo mejor es que puedes acompañarla con la pasta de tu preferencia.
