Hello everyone, how are you? Have you eaten anything yet? Today there is another food menu to present. And the menu that will be presented today is Venison stew and Poke Salmon noodle. Both of these dishes were made by my mother and I adapted them to suit the tastes I wanted to eat.
- Stew is when various meats are boiled or simmered in stock until soft over low heat. Add vegetables such as tomatoes, green beans, and potatoes to make a thick liquid. The resulting flavor is the softness of the meat followed by the rich flavor of the soup.
- Poke Salmon is a quick and easy food to make. Poke bows with salmon are usually eaten with rice. Take various vegetables such as avocado, corn, mushrooms, etc. and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Start by adding rice. Followed by the vegetables that we cut. Serve with the sauce poured onto the plate and it's ready to eat.
- And today the stew that mother made is "Venison stew" At first I didn't know it was venison, thought it was beef. After finishing it and eating it, I found out that it was deer meat and was a bit shocked. Mother started making this dish in the evening. Then eat again another day at noon. This menu is venison stewed with various spices. Followed by tomato sauce and tomato fruit. Add various seasonings. According to the recipe of each house And as usual We don't see any steps on how to do it,lol.
- When I saw it again, the venison was already in the stew pan. The steps to do it shouldn't be difficult. Mother added ketchup to thicken the soup and remove the fishy smell with bay leaves. Continue to stew until it's cooked. Mother then washes the vegetables and boils them. The vegetables can also be eaten with Poke. They are stewed for a long time until they start to look good. Mother made fried eggs to serve with rice and vegetables and poured venison stew on the side. The taste is very delicious. Fragrant smell of spices Venison meat is soft and delicious.
- Another menu item is "Poke Salmon Noodle"-. Actually, this menu usually has to be eaten with rice, but I wanted to eat something spicy. So I made Korean instant noodles. The taste of it is already spicy. After boiling the noodles and mixing them with the spicy sauce, take the Poke ingredients and place them on top of Mama. The taste was very pleasing to me. Food that is blended together perfectly I really like this dish. Oh, there's another menu that makes it more spicy. Omelet with cheese sprinkled with white sesame seeds for added aroma.

STOPWell I'm not sure if inspired me the most the venison stew or the poke noodle I just think the second inspire me more because I love salmon and avocado and the ingredients you use look so fresh and it's also easy to make.
