MATERIALS : 👇

  • Prepare 200 grams of fine sifted flour
  • 4 eggs, take the yellow
  • 50 gr powdered sugar
  • 200 gr butter
  • 100 gr milk powder
  • 1 pineapple, grated
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 cloves
  • 3 segments of cinnamon

STEP : 👇

  • To make pineapple jam, first heat a skillet
over medium heat, put the grated
pineapplee in the pan, add 3 tablespoons
of granulated sugar, cloves and cinnamon.
Stir, do not let it burn at the bottom and
until the texture of the jam is a little dry and
perfect, after it cools down into small balls

  • Prepare these ingredients in advance
(butter, powdered sugar, 3 egg yolks) beat
with a mixer until evenly distributed, then
add the flour a little at a time and beat with
    a mixer on medium speed.

  • Keep it until the dough looks perfect, wrap
the dough in plastic and put it in the
    refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  • Make it round and fill it with pineapple jam,
you can grind it and print it with a small
glasss size then place the pineapple jam on
    top then make it round.

  • Sip 1 beaten egg yolk and spread it over the
    round nastar

  • Bake in the oven over medium heat until
cooked, remove and drain Good luck.

Thank you

I’ve never heard of these in Canada. They look interesting. I will have to use your recipe and make it vegan. Thank you.
