Sounds nice. I wonder what spices did you use in combination with lentils. I did vegetarian versions by skipping the meat, but didnt imagine to have lentils in it. I'll look it up though as I love the taste of lentils.😁
Did u have red lentils, black or green?
Brown lentils, tomato, red wine, miso, dried porcini, mushrooms, onion, garlic. The miso and porcini add a meaty umami taste.
