This time I want to share a delicious, traditional breakfast, where the main ingredient is the egg. I woke up in the morning and having a delicious coffee as usual, I asked myself "what do I make for breakfast?" and it came to me memories of my childhood, rich memories, when my mother, grandmother, prepares us a tasty egg perico, where all my sisters liked it. So I wanted to cook this delicious breakfast and of course share it.
Manos a la obra, necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes:
- 3 Huevos.
- Un tomate.
- Una ramita de cebollin( sustituye a la cebolla).
- Onoto.
Let's get started, we will need the following ingredients:***
- 3 eggs.
- One tomato.
- A sprig of onion (substitutes the onion).
- Onoto.
Lavamos muy bien el cebollin, el tomate, luego picamos el cebollin, en trozo muy pequeño. Seguidamente el tomate lo picamos en dos, y le extraemos las semillas (este paso es opcional, si quiere le dejan las semillas), y picamos el tomate, en pequeño trozos.
Step 1
We wash very well the onion, the tomato, then chop the onion, in very small pieces. Next we chop the tomato in two, and extract the seeds (this step is optional, if you want to leave the seeds), and chop the tomato, in small pieces.
Ya picado el aliño, nos vamos a la cocina, y en un sarten colocamos un poquito de aceite, luego echamos los aliños y le colocamos un poquito de onoto, sal y removemos, cuidando que no se queme el aliño.
Step 2
Once the dressing is chopped, we go to the kitchen, and in a frying pan we put a little bit of oil, then we pour the seasoning and add a little bit of onoto, salt and stir, taking care not to burn the dressing.
Ya cocinado los aliños durante 3 minutos, en un envase aparte colocamos los huevos con yema y clara. Para luego echar los huevos en los aliños cocinados, le incorporamos un poquito mas de sal y empezamos a revolver con una cucharicha.Y ya esta listo nuestro rico, tradicional perico con huevos.
Step 3
Once the seasonings have been cooked for 3 minutes, in a separate container we place the eggs with yolk and white in a separate container. Then add the eggs to the cooked seasonings, add a little more salt and start stirring with a spoon, and our rich, traditional perico with eggs is ready.
Este rico desayuno lo vamos a disfrutar con cazabe, que no puede faltar y una tasita de café.
We will enjoy this delicious breakfast with cazabe, which is a must, and a cup of coffee.
