Ramadhan is coming soon, so now is the time to prepare various dishes for my family gathering. We deliberately hold events like this before welcoming the month of Ramadhan. Yes, this is a tradition, and perhaps we do it to greet each other and also forgive each other before performing the fast. Of course, there must be special dishes for the event. This time, I didn't make bread or donuts, but instead made a pudding that was different from what they usually enjoy.
Baked Rolled Bread Pudding

This pudding always leaves anyone who tastes it wanting more. This dish can be enjoyed by many people because it is very filling. The combination of bread, milk, and eggs makes it even more delicious and appealing to anyone. I think my children, in particular, will find this to be the most delicious bread with an extraordinary taste.
Curious about the preparation steps? Let's take a look at the recipe below.
Ingredients

300 ml of liquid milk
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 egg
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
30 grams of raisins
50 grams of cheddar cheese
Seres chocolate to taste
Procedure for Making
Cut the bread into two pieces, then spread margarine on it and top with chocolate seres.

Roll it up and place it in a square heat-resistant mold because it will be baked in the oven later.

Pour over the rolled bread, then sprinkle with raisins and sesame seeds, and don't forget the grated cheese on top.

Bake at 130 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat for about 50 minutes, or adjust according to your oven.

Result

Serve cold or warm after taking it out of the oven—both are delicious. Neither serving method detracts from the taste. I scoop it into serving bowls for my nieces and nephews. They'll love it because they like sweet foods, and chocolate is their favorite.

The taste is indeed sweet but not overly so. The bread is very soft, and anyone who tries it will love it. My sister also enjoyed it very much; I think I succeeded in making this pudding an extraordinary treat at home.
