How to Easily Prepare Corn Cupcakes for Your Special Day

What do you think when you see a beautiful and soft cake? I'm sure you must be curious about the flavor and of course for those of you who love baking. It will make you wonder what ingredients they use, to make the cake so beautiful. Of course many things come to mind while enjoying the cake. Haha that's my personal experience, maybe some of you who like many things like me also experience this kind of thing.

Well today I will invite you to make a cupcake that is soft, beautiful and certainly very delicious. That is a simple corn cupcake, processed from simple ingredients in the form of the main ingredient of corn and also a mixture of other ingredients like making sponge in general. But here I add sukade topping on top of it which makes the sponge more colorful.

Curious isn't it, with the preparation steps, let's see step by step how to make it.




Ingredients

200 grams flour
2 eggs
125 grams sugar
10 grams sukade
100 grams corn
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
135 grams butter
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt




Making Procedure


Puree the corn with enough water to make it easy to blend. Then melt the margarine by melting it in water.

Next, beat the eggs with sugar until thick white streaks.

Add baking powder and also salt and vanilla, mixer again.

Then I add milk and sifted flour before adding.

After the dough is evenly mixed, add the corn that has been blended then add the melted margarine and milk.

Mix the dough again until it is evenly mixed. Then prepare the cup and add the dough into the cup.

Finally give sukade topping on top to make it beautiful, or you can adjust it to your liking. Finally bake the corn cupcakes at 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat for about 35 minutes

Look at the result, it's so pretty, the aroma of corn is wafting in the room of my house. The result is unquestionable, soft and fluffy perfectly even though I did not add sp in the sponge cake but the texture is just right.

The color of the corn with a little touch of adding yellow dye makes it even more beautiful. In addition, the colorful sukade sprinkles made it even more beautiful. I'm so happy that the final result is very satisfying. Everyone is happy at home, my mother and husband really like it, the sweetness is just right, not too sweet, suitable for all tongues.
