Summer gives us the opportunity to use a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, which are very healthy and useful for the body. Zucchini season is in progress, zucchini are very healthy and are often on my menu.

Zucchini contains a large number of vitamins and minerals, but also a lot of fiber and with very few calories. They are especially rich in vitamin A.

I like to prepare them in various ways, they are one of the known allies of weight loss, zucchini contain a large amount of water (so they regulate appetite), the body will get full quickly, and the low caloric value is suitable for a successful diet.

One of the most appreciative vegetables are zucchini, their preparation is very fast because no long heat treatment is required. Today, I decided to prepare zucchini burgers that are delicious and in addition can be served in various ways, they go well with other vegetables or with dairy products such as sour cream or yogurt.

  • 1 larger zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 gr parmesan
  • 2 large spoons of flour
  • of spices to taste salt, pepper
  • oil

Peel the zucchini, grate it coarsely.

When you have grated the zucchini, let it stand for a while, and the zucchini will release water.

So over the zucchini add spices salt, pepper or your choice.

When you have added all the ingredients, stir well to combine the mass, the mass will be somewhat orderly but the burgers are formed with a spoon.

Form the desired size of the burger on the heated oil with a spoon, bake them on each side for two to three minutes to get a golden color.

When you have baked them, leave them on kitchen paper to soak up the excess fat, then serve them with various other vegetables or a dairy product like yogurt.

Hi @bartolomee i'm glad to hear that you like my recipe.
I use "SimplyTranslate" (translate.metalune.xyz) to translate my text, it use the google translator.
I known, maybe there are some wrong translated text, with google translator too, but, like i say in every of my posts, the English is not my first language, so, it can be some wrong translations of words there.
But, i do my best to bring the idea and recipe to the table in best way i can.
