Juicy ribs from the oven - prepared my way - recipe

Dear lovers of good food, meat has long been a part of at least one meal.

Meat is on the pyramid of healthy eating, it contains additional proteins that are necessary for humans, so they should not be avoided.


Proteins are the composition of almost every cell, they are necessary for building muscles, they enable the growth and development of hair, skin, nails, and they are also an integral part for hormones or antibodies.

Healthy meat provides the necessary amount of energy for daily functioning, and is also necessary for the proper functioning of the immune system, which is a natural barrier against microorganisms, bacteria and harmful substances.

I decided to make juicy pork ribs from the oven, this type of meat belongs to the red meat which is rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins.




With such fine juicy ribs, I put the addition of vegetables, an ideal lunch.

  • 1 kg of pork ribs

  • 5 potatoes

  • 1 onion

  • 1 carrot

  • mustard

  • one tablespoon of honey

  • vegeta

  • spoonful of red ground pepper

  • meat seasoning

  • vegetable seasoning

  • salt

  • oil


Wash the meat well and leave it to drain a bit, then season it to your taste.


When the meat had drained a little, I first coated it well with mustard on all sides.


Then I added honey to it, which I also coated on all sides.


Stir everything well and leave it to stand in the marinade, during which time chop the vegetables.


Season the vegetables to taste and stir.


Put a little oil in the pan in which you planned to bake meat and vegetables, and spread it evenly.


Then arrange the vegetables and meat and add a little water.


cover it with a lid or if you don't have a lid for the pan, put foil on top of it and then in the oven at 200 degrees for about an hour. Then remove the foil or lid and leave it for only ten minutes to get a nice color.

You can serve such delicious ribs with the addition of vegetables with a green salad. And you can serve them that way because there are vegetables.
