One apple a day protects against various diseases, they are better than various diets because they contain soluble fiber and acids, it is actually a natural preparation for burning fat.
INGREDIENTS:
- four apples
- two eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of flour
- one baking powder
- one vanilla sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 50 grams of butter
PREPARATION:
Wash the apples and cut them into quarters, remove the seeds.
Then cut them into small cubes.
Put baking paper in the mold, then coat it evenly with butter.
In the mold, add finely chopped apples over the butter with which you have already coated the mold.
PREPARATION OF THE MIXTURE:
Put eggs in a bowl and add sugar, then stir with a mixer.
Stir with a mixer until the mass gets a pale yellow color and becomes slightly thicker.
when the mass has become pale yellow and slightly thicker, add the milk, stirring further.
Add flour to the baking powder, mix it and add it to the mixture.
So add vanilla sugar and mix everything together nicely.
The mass should be slightly thicker than for pancakes.
When everything is combined, make sure that no lumps of flour remain, add the mass over the apples.
Spread the mass evenly over all the apples.
Turn the oven to 180 degrees, bake the cake for about 30 minutes.
When the cake is done, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
