Among the aromatic cheeses, which are interspersed with molds, Gorgonzola is the cheese that preserves the Italian taste.
Gorgonzola sauce is quick and easy to prepare, and goes best with pasta, chicken and Shrimp.
I prepared it with pasta, so I added bacon as well.
Ingredients:
Gorgonzola cheese
Onion
Bacon
Sour cream for cooking
Pasta packaging
Season to taste with salt, pepper
Fry the bacon in hot oil until slightly browned and crispy.
Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it in the same oil where you provided the bacon.
When the onion is browned, add the cooking cream and leave it to cook on low heat.
During that time, cut the cheese into smaller pieces.
When the gorgonzola cheese is ready, add it, it will melt nicely and you will get a creamy sauce.
Finally add the bacon and the sauce is ready. Cook the spaghetti in salted water and add them to the sauce.
Pasta can be served separately, everyone can put as much sauce as they want. But my family likes them to be rich in sauce.
Simple but very tasty for anyone who loves cheese would be an ideal lunch or dinner.
