Estimados amigos #hive y de la comunidad #foodiesbeehive, luego de saludarlos con mucho afecto comparto una #receta muy práctica y saludable; Crujientes trozos de queso mozzarella, rebozados con huevo, leche, harina de trigo y avena en hojuelas, la cual les va a encantar. Amigos experimenten esta deliciosa comida.

Ingredientes

  • Queso mozzarella.
  • Huevos.
  • Avena.
  • Harina de trigo.
  • Leche.
  • Mostaza.

Ingredients

  • Mozzarella cheese.
  • Eggs.
  • Oatmeal.
  • Wheat flour.
  • Milk.
  • Mustard

Procedimientos

  • En un plato hondo, agregamos harina de trigo, añadimos dos huevos, una taza pequeña de leche líquida, vertemos un chorrito de mostaza y batimos firmemente.

  • In a deep plate, add wheat flour, add two eggs, a small cup of liquid milk, pour a splash of mustard and beat firmly

  • Tomamos un envase y colocamos varias cucharadas de avena en hojuelas.

  • Cortamos varios trozos de queso mozzarella, en figuras opcionales; cuadradas, alargadas, como usted lo considere conveniente y los conservamos en un envase.

  • Procedemos, inicialmente a impregnar los trozos de queso mozzarella en huevo mezclado con harina de trigo, leche y mostaza, seguidamente los pasamos por la avena en hojuelas, conservando en un envase, los trozos de queso, rebozados con los citados productos.
  • We proceed, initially to impregnate the pieces of mozzarella cheese in egg mixed with wheat flour, milk and mustard, then we pass them through the oatmeal in flakes, keeping in a container, the pieces of cheese, coated with the aforementioned products.

  • Los trozos de quesos rebozados, los ponemos a refrigerar, aproximadamente durante una hora, para que tenga mayor consistencia dicho rebozamiento.
  • We put the pieces of battered cheese in the refrigerator, for approximately one hour, so that the batter has greater consistency.

  • En un sartén con suficiente aceite, procedemos al cocinado de los trozos de quesos enfriados e impregnados con los productos seleccionados, verificamos el cocinado y evidenciamos lo crujientes que quedaron.
