Estimados amigos #hive, luego de saludarles, permítanme compartir la elaboración de una exquisita #receta: Pastel de vegetales gratinados (coliflor, brócoli y papas), con salsa bechamel, el cual van a degustar plácidamente, cuando tengan la ocasión de prepararla en casa. En el citado #recipe combinamos fibras, antioxidantes, vitaminas A, B y potasio, es una alimentación baja en calorías y en grasas.

Dear friends #hive, after greeting you, allow me to share the elaboration of an exquisite #recipe: Vegetable cake gratin (cauliflower, broccoli and potatoes), with bechamel sauce, which you will enjoy peacefully, when you have the opportunity to prepare it at home . In the aforementioned #recipe we combine fibers, antioxidants, vitamins A, B and potassium, it is a diet low in calories and fat.

INGREDIENTES

  • Coliflor.
  • Brócoli.
  • Papas.
  • Leche.
  • Salsa bechamel.
  • Queso parmesano.
  • Queso amarillo.
  • Queso blanco duro.
  • Sal.
  • Pimienta.

INGREDIENTS

  • Cauliflower.
  • Broccoli.
  • Potatoes.
  • Milk.
  • Bechamel sauce.
  • Parmesan.
  • Yellow cheese.
  • Hard white cheese.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.

PROCEDIMIENTOS

  • Cortamos el brócoli y coliflor, los lavamos muy bien, ubicándolos en la cacerola, seguidamente añadimos sal al gusto y los ponemos en cocción durante 10 minutos.

PROCEDURES.

  • Cut the broccoli and cauliflower, wash them very well, placing them in the saucepan, then add salt to taste and cook them for 10 minutes.

  • Cortamos las papas en pequeñas porciones, las ubicamos en una cacerola con agua, añadimos sal al gusto y las ponemos en cocción, luego se colocan en un envase refractario, esperando que estén listos el coliflor y brócoli.
  • We cut the potatoes into small portions, place them in a saucepan with water, add salt to taste and cook them, then place them in a refractory container, waiting for the cauliflower and broccoli to be ready.

  • En una olla, con la cocina a fuego medio, colocamos dos cucharadas de leche en polvo y tres tazas medianas de agua, añadimos un poco de pimienta al gusto y la salsa bechamel, removiendo y comprobando que quede espesa la mezcla.
  • In a pot, with the kitchen over medium heat, place two tablespoons of powdered milk and three medium cups of water, add a little pepper to taste and the béchamel sauce, stirring and checking that the mixture is thick.

  • Cocinados el coliflor y el brocoli, los ponemos a escurrir en un cedazo, colocándolos luego en el envase refractario, junto a las papas cocidas.

  • Colocados los vegetales en el envase refractario para su horneado, añadimos la mezcla con la leche preparada con salsa bechamel y los demás ingredientes, la cual debe bañarlos completamente, seguidamente damos forma al pastel.

  • Concluido el proceso anterior, añadimos al pastel de vegetales con leche y salsa bechamel, diversos quesos rayados; amarillo, parmesano y blanco, seguidamente lo ponemos en el horno para su gratinado, durante el tiempo de 20 minutos, verificando dicho proceso.
  • After the previous process, we add to the vegetable cake with milk and bechamel sauce, various striped cheeses; yellow, Parmesan and white, then we put it in the oven for gratin, for a time of 20 minutes, verifying said process.

  • Terminado el gratinado del pastel de vegetales, lo tenemos listo para servir, degustar y afirmar !Buen Provecho!.
