Es un enorme placer compartir en esta hermosa comunidad después de tanto tiempo. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta de una deliciosa Tarta que aprendí a preparar con mi abuela, en casa les encanta porque queda como un quesillo y lleva pasitas, además es muy económica y se hace con pocos ingredientes, espero les guste!!

Today I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious cake that I learned to prepare with my grandmother, at home they love it because it looks like a cheese and has raisins, it is also very cheap and is made with few ingredients, I hope you like it! !

500 grs de calabaza triturada500 grams of crushed pumpkin
3 huevos3 eggs
140 grs de harina140 grams of flour
100 grs de manteca100 grams of butter
140 grs de azúcar140 grams of sugar
140 cc de leche140cc of milk
2 cditas de polvo de hornear2 teaspoons of baking powder
50 grs de uvas pasas50 grams of raisins

El proceso es muy sencillo se los explicaré en 7 pasos como pueden observar en la foto anterior

The process is very simple. I will explain it to you in 7 steps, as you can see in the previous photo.


1. Comenzamos incorporando la manteca al envase para batirla unos minutos1. We start by incorporating the butter into the container to beat it for a few minutes.
2. Luego agregamos el azúcar y seguimos batiendo hasta que se mezclen bien.2. Then add the sugar and continue beating until well blended.
3. Continuamos con la calabaza triturada poco a poco hasta añadirla por completo.3. We continue with the crushed pumpkin little by little until it is completely added.
4. Seguimos con los huevos uno por uno y seguimos batiendo.4. We continue with the eggs one by one and continue beating.
5. Ahora añadimos la harina con el polvo de hornear previamente tamizada.5. Now add the flour with the previously sifted baking powder.
6. Después le incorporamos la leche y por último las pasas previamente mezcladas con un poquito de harina de trigo6. Then we add the milk and finally the raisins previously mixed with a little wheat flour
7. Último paso vertemos en el molde y llevamos al horno a fuego medio por 45 minutos.7. Last step, pour into the mold and bake over medium heat for 45 minutes.

Pasados los 45 minutos sacamos nuestra tarta del horno y dejamos enfriar un poco para luego desmoldarla y picarla, como pueden ver quedó como un quesillo y con las uvas pasas en el centro.

After 45 minutes we take our cake out of the oven and let it cool a bit and then unmold it and chop it, as you can see it turned out like a cheese and with the raisins in the center.

Al momento de servirla lecoloqué un poquito de canela en polvo por arriba, ahora sí a comer la deliciosa Tarta de calabaza con pasas.

At the time of serving it, I placed a little cinnamon powder on top, now to eat the delicious Pumpkin Pie with Raisins.
