Oh what a good idea to make it like popsicles! It really worked only stirring it 2 or 3 times? I've only made ice cream a couple of times, one vegan and one not, and I was stirring it once an hour all evening long, lol. But then I had it in a big plastic tub so maybe yours froze faster.
