We actually create new dishes for all our guests...basically each plate is unique and is created once only...then we move on to the next!
The past couple of days, I got some nice foodie guests at my restaurant and together with my team, we prepared the below yummy dishes...
Moist Chocolate Cake and Strawberries!!!
At current market prices for Hive $0.8246 and HBD $0.9801... You can have this super delicious dessert for only :
7 HIVE Or 6 HBD!!!
The moist chocolate cake is served warm accompanied with strawberries prepared 2 ways : In a salad with olive oil, agave syrup, basil and a pinch of salt and secondly roasted with butter!
Just before serving, a warm condensed milk cream is poured on the dessert...
How about some jumbo prawns!???
Jumbo prawns being already expensive as a base product...hmmm this one sells for 20 Hive...but definitely worth it...
I got these lovely jumbo prawns to use the past week and I cooked them in a tasty garlic and coconut cream!!!
Came out very nice!
Shrimps Salad with Grapefruit and pineapple salsa!
Served with a warm coconut emulsion...
Actually...most of the foods that we prepare are around 7 to 10 Hive at current market prices.
And the last one is another version of the moist chocolate cake and strawberries...
Like I always say...All our dishes/plates are made...only ONCE at my restaurant...
