My village style traditional beef meat recipe, just wow!

I always try to show my traditional food with our own making style. Because I want to spread my test all over the world and this platform is the best way to show that. Today I want show spice beef with my traditional cooking style. Here I use clay oven that means chili of soil. If you cook this style your beef test is just wow. So don’t waste my time just show. ***

###Ingredients:

  1. 1 kg beef meat.
  2. 8 pcs onion pest
  3. 6 pcs garlic pest
  4. 8 pcs dry chili pest
  5. 50 gram cumin pest
  6. 50 gram ginger pest
  7. 5 gram coriander pest
  8. 4 table spoon turmeric powder
  9. 5 pcs green chili
  10. 6 table spoon salt
  11. 4 pcs bay leaf
  12. Half liter water
  13. Half kg potato
  14. One pressure cooker

Making recipe:

***Here I show step by step how to cook. So that very easy to make it anytime anywhere anybody. Just follow my step. First you take a bowl and one KG beef meat proper wash.

Put the beef meat on the bowl. Then put 3 table spoon cumin pest,

8 pcs onion slice or pest,

4 pcs bay leaf and 100 gram cooking oil.

Then you have to mix it properly so that all ingredient mix well.

Now put a little amount water.

Then you have to all item put a pressure cooker. Then ready to cook it at least 6 pressure city you have to wait.

Now remove from the oven and take another pan. Put some oil and put all beef meat.

Now you can use some potato.

Mix little amount water.

Now proper heat when it well boil then take out and ready to serve.***

###Benefit:
***we all know beef is a popular food in the world. Every country you find it available. And defiantly it a high protein food. Twice in a weak you eat beef meat/. It very health and delicious. But when you buy beef meat you need to remove all fatty meat, you have to maintain cholesterol. So don’t waste you time just made it and test.

###how to serve:
Now the most important issue how you serve. Your serve style depend your quality and tradition. I show my own style. You need a bowl and put all beef. Mix some onion slice. Ready to test it. You can it with rice or bread. Just test and say wow!
