Roasted Whole Branzino with Potatoes and Parsley Salad

2 whole fish branzino
Approximately 2 pounds baby potatoes.

Rinse the baby potatoes and boil them in salted water for about 25 minutes.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil and place the fish on it.
Season the inside and the outside of the fish with salt, pepper, paprika, dry rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, fry parsley (or basil).
Fill up the inside of the branzino with a few capers and thinly sliced lemons.
Sprinkle olive oil and lemon juice on them. Add the boiled potatoes all around the fish with the same seasonings you used for the fish.
Bake at 375F for about 35 minutes.
Make a salad with parsley, tomatoes and cucumbers and add it around the fish and the potatoes.
