Haha, I'm from Cebu and I don't speak fluent Tagalog too. Nice to know about your cooking skill. I guess you have a lot of Filipino friends there?
Cebu is more Ilicano? Yes I grew up with many Filipinos and my fiancee is as well. I love the culture!
Ilocano is different from Cebu, we speak Visayan languages and Ilocanos are from Ilocos.
Now I see why you love Filipino culture ☺.
