The festival of making pitha with date molasses begins in the rural areas of our country during winter.We definitely want to taste Bengali traditions at the beginning of the new year.We must welcome the New Year's morning with Bengali traditions.So we started our morning today with a traditional Bengali food.This is a Oil Cake made with date molasses.In Bangladesh it is called Teler Pitha.
