Food that is loved by millions of people, what else if not fried food, there are many types of fried food nowadays that are very spectacular and can make your tongue addicted to enjoying them.

Hi culinary lovers, especially fried culinary lovers, today I will make another spectacular dish that is often sold in my city, what else if not fried food, yes this fried food, not ordinary fried food, fried food with scrambled egg filling will be a special dish on your dining table.

At first glance, this looks like a spring roll (risoles), but believe me, it's not. This snack is made from spring roll pastry, while the filling contains several ingredients, such as sausage, eggs, and carrots.

Since I have a large stock of spring roll pastry at home, I'm going to make a snack out of it, which is never-ending. Hehe, there are so many spring roll pastry snacks we can make. An ordinary dish can become something special and spectacular when served.

So, for those of you who love spring roll pastry snacks, come and see what dishes I will make with spring roll pastry.

Okay, no need for small talk, let's follow the steps that I will share in my post today,

Materials used

1 sausage
1 egg
1 sweet potato
1 stalk of celery
2 tablespoons of flour solution
Several spring roll wrappers
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon bouillon powder

Manufacturing procedure

First

First I cut the sausage and sweet potato into small squares. I also cut the celery leaves into small pieces.

Second

After everything was cut, I heated a little cooking oil, then I sautéed all the ingredients until they were all wilted, then I added the celery leaves.

Third

Next, I put in the eggs, then I scrambled the eggs, and I added the fine powders such as salt and stock. After the filling was cooked, I took the spring roll skin and put 1 spoon into the spring roll skin. I rolled the spring roll skin as usual and I glued it using wheat flour dough.

Four

After everything was ready, I fried the snacks until they were golden brown.

RESULTS

and this is the result of a snack made from spring roll skin with scrambled egg filling, as well as sausage and sweet potato. It is very delicious, and you can immediately try making it at home.
