My loving Foodie community and my first food post. Today I am bringing you about a healthy home-cooked meal. It is a fish curry that can be cooked later. It is also very nutritious due to its spice blend. So give it a try yourself.
Ingredients
- 400 g of washed and chopped freshwater fish.
- A few raw chilli pods
- Salt – As you need
- Onion – 50g
- Garlic – 5 to 6
- Curry leaves – Few
- Cooking oil – As you need
- fish Curry powder – 1 ¼ tablespoon
- Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Garcinia cambogia 2 bic
How to make this.. Method ....
1 . Wash the freshwater fish thoroughly and cut into pieces.
2 . Crush the ginger and garlic .Cine the onion finely. Also prepare with Karapincha, Ranpe and Garcinia.
3 . Prepare pepper, chilli, salt powder, turmeric and fish curry powder.
4 . Then you need about a cup of water.
5 . Also essential oil for cooking.
6 . Then take the fish pieces and add salt and spices and mix well.
7 . Then add oil to a clay pot and add the garlic and ginger mixture. (You can use a suitable container for this)
8 . Then add curry leaves, salt and pepper. Add etc.
9 . Then add the fish pieces and add the required amount of water.
10 . Then cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Then you can taste it with rice or bread. You can also try this...........
