Hello foodies!
Again something I prepare for my sons. They don’t like to eat vegetables unless they’re in a burger, kebab, or something similar.
As mentioned, it's easy to prepare, about 30 minutes or less, depends if you have all ingredients near the hand.
What we need for 4 people?
6 tortillas, no matter if they're from wheat or corn flour, tomatoes, lettuce, one clove of garlic, yogurt, 400 grams of chicken breasts.
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and quickly fry in a pan on olive oil.
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into slices and prepare the dressing: crush the garlic and cut into small pieces and mix into the yogurt. Add a few drops of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
We have everything ready for the rolls. Heat the tortilla in a pan for about 1-2 minutes. (when it starts to inflate it's heated) ...
Prepare the rolls:
Add 2 tablespoons of chicken to the tortilla, pour over a teaspoon of the sauce, add the lettuce leaf, add the tomato pieces to the lettuce, pour-over again with a teaspoon of the sauce and roll it all together.
In the end, cut each roll in half, and from 6 tortillas we get 12 chicken rolls, 3 per person.
Sometimes it happens that no one is left for me 😎
