Scrambled "muffin" eggs

Hello, chefs! πŸ˜‹

I prepared this dish for the first time. I found some recipes on Twitter and decided to try making something similar.

It's best suited for a strong breakfast because it's loaded with protein. It can be prepared in a variety of ways, with or without meat, with any vegetables you have in the fridge. Or fresh of course.
In short, you can put anything you want in scrambled eggs.

πŸ˜‹ 🍚 πŸ“· 😎

For 4 people we need:

  • 4 fresh eggs
  • 300 g of pizza ham cut into pieces
  • 100-200 grams of cheese, I had the Slovenian cheese JoΕ‘t
  • a teaspoon of oregano (you can also use any other spice that suits you)
  • 1 dl cooking cream
  • salt and pepper if desired

These are the basic ingredients, and you can easily add more vegetables, spices, etc ... according to your wishes and needs.

πŸ˜‹ 🍚 πŸ˜‹

First, mix the ham cubes with grated cheese in one bowl. We only add pepper because the ham is already salty enough.

πŸ˜‹ 🍚 πŸ˜‹

Add cooking cream, oregano, salt, and pepper to the eggs as needed. Mix everything well.

πŸ˜‹ 🍚 πŸ˜‹

In a muffin tin, ours are made of silicone, but they can also be metal, first, divide the ham cubes with grated cheese and then pour over with scrambled eggs. There’s somewhere up to two-thirds, it shouldn’t be to the top because the muffins swell.

Place everything together on a tray and in the oven, which must be preheated to 200 degrees.

Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, depending on the oven, you’ll see when the muffins swell and bake over the top. That's when they're baked.

Our dish is ready and can be served. I also offer sour, pickled roasted peppers.

Bon Appetit :)

What an interesting twist on an omelette! This is brilliant, and would likely make a good on-the-go food, too! I've always like oregano in my eggs, and those pickled roasted peppers look delicious! Thanks for sharing this wonderful idea! πŸ˜‹
