Hello to all the beautiful foodie community, today I wanted to show you a pasta preparation, specifically Ravioli stuffed with meat, a preparation that with respect to the Italians I try to follow in the strictest way its preparation structure.
Hola a toda la bonita comunidad foodie, hoy quería mostrarles una preparación de pasta, en específico Raviolis rellenos de carne, una preparación que con el respeto a los italianos intento seguir de la forma más estricta su estructura de preparación.
It is always good to give a personal touch to what you prepare, in this case, the stuffing has besides meat, a combination of shiitake mushrooms and gravy, the flavors are balanced very well with the acidity of the tomato sauce, plus the freshness of the basil gives a circle of flavors very round and complete.
Siempre es bueno darle un toque personal a lo que preparas en este caso, el relleno tiene además de carne, una combinación de hongos shiitake y gravy, los sabores se equilibran de muy buena forma con la acidez de la salsa de tomate, además de la frescura de la albahaca le otorga un círculo de sabores muy redondo y completo.
I am on a small personal path of re-learning in the kitchen, to break certain personal schemes of forms, aesthetics and others in the kitchen, and in this small path go the respect for traditions, and their functionality, to understand that things and especially food have a meaning in each culture and a sense, I hope that with this one I can bring a little of the exquisite Italian culture to my table in the most humble and respectful way possible.
Estoy en un pequeño camino personal de re-aprendizaje en la cocina, romper ciertos esquemas personales de formas, estéticas y demás en la cocina, y en este pequeño camino van el respeto a las tradiciones, y su funcionalidad, entender que las cosas y sobretodo las comidas tienen un significado en cada cultura y un sentido, espero que con esta pueda llevar un poco de la exquisita cultura italiana a mi mesa de la forma más humilde y respetuosa posible.
