Many days later, the whole family had a b.b.q party with a decision.Honestly, my elder brother's family came home this evening and we had a lot of people in our house, so we all decided to have a b.b.q party later in the evening.I still remember the last b.b.q party in our house about four months ago. Now the epidemic has subsided a bit so we are going to have a new party again and life is moving back to normal.It's been a long time since we've had a party so we've had a great time and we're very excited about when our party will start.
Since we are going to have a party in a very homely environment, we all decided to go shopping together and then decide to do something else.Since we are going to have a bbq party, we are going to buy chicken and first of all we went to the market and then we bought the chicken according to our needs and cleaned the chickens well.Finally after buying the chicken we went to the spice shop to buy the spices for making b.bq and then came back home.
When we finally got home, we gave our markets to the ladies of the house and told them to put the masala chicken well in the fridge.That's why I told you to keep it in the fridge, because the meat for b.b.q doesn't taste good if you don't season it well, so we kept the meat in the fridge for about two hours.Then we made the meat and then we went to make the stove. Today we will have a b.b.q on the roof of the house so we first made a stove and tried to light a fire with some coal.
Although things were not so simple, as it was a festive atmosphere, with the cooperation of everyone, we were finally able to light the stove after a long time and finally got busy with frying meat.When I was frying the meat there was a nice smell coming out and I wanted to eat it when it was dry.All in all, after a long time, a festive atmosphere has been created in the house and we had a lot of fun and finally after the meat was all fried, we ate it with porota and had a lot of fun.
