Yum, I made kombucha for about two years. I still have everything for it. I might start again. I miss it. My favorite flavor to add was lemon. Lemon was the perfect amount of sugar.

I agree. Lemon is a perfect flavor for kombucha. I think I'll try that with this batch. Cheers!
