Hola amigos! Hoy realice una torta de vainilla convencional y no sabia con que decorarla por que quería algo distinto, simple, fácil y delicioso así que recordé que hace mucho tiempo mi madre me había enseñado una combinación deliciosa para decorar rápidamente una torta así que decidí aplicar lo que ella me dijo, se trata de mermelada de mango con leche condensada, puede sonar algo extraño para los que aun no se han atrevido a probarlo pero les juro que es una combinación muy sabrosa!
Hello friends! Today I made a conventional vanilla cake and I didn't know what to decorate it with because I wanted something different, simple, easy and delicious so I remembered that a long time ago my mother had taught me a delicious combination to quickly decorate a cake so I decided to apply what she told me, it's mango jam with condensed milk, it may sound a little strange for those who haven't dared to try it yet but I swear it's a very tasty combination!
Para esta cubierta y relleno solo necesitaremos mermelada de mango y leche condensada
For this cover and filling we will only need mango jam and condensed milk
Lo primero que hice fue picar la torta en dos partes a las cuales les aplique leche condensada
The first thing I did was to cut the cake in two parts to which I applied condensed milk
Luego aplique la mermelada de mango y con un cuchillo grande comencé a esparcirlo para obtener una mezcla imperfecta, si es de tu gusto puedes hacer esto aparte en un bol y luego aplicarlo a la torta
Then I apply the mango jam and with a big knife I started to spread it to get an imperfect mixture, if you like you can do this separately in a bowl and then apply it to the cake
Aquí uní la torta y realice los mismos pasos que hice para rellenar esta torta, aplique la leche condensada, luego la mermelada de mango y mezcle todo de manera imperfecta
Here I joined the cake and perform the same steps I did to fill this cake, I apply the condensed milk, then the mango jam and mix everything imperfectly
Cuando picamos la torta luce de esta manera, es muy deliciosa y fácil de hacer perfecta para compartir en familia!
When we chop the cake it looks like this, it is very delicious and easy to make perfect for family sharing!
