That is so true, that every region has different styles of cooking. The immigrants from India were mostly from the North of India. Regions like Uttar Pradesh, Calcutta, etc. I don't know if that tells you something about the Indian culture here though 😅. We also have people here, whose ancestors were from Pakistan.
