Wow! I never knew that a green banana can be cooked into curry. This is certainly a healthy dish.

Yes indeed, very healthy and good for digestion. I have Written above the steps how I cooked the dish, I hope you can try it too and let me know.
Thank you for your compliments.

I'll let you know if do make this dish. Thanks.

I like this recipe but it also makes me curious, since you leave the peel on the green bananas, hahahaha, that's strange to me; however, the result looks great. Good explanation, although it would enrich your recipes even more if you talked about it, for example, who taught you, on what occasions you prepare it, how you feel when you eat it or any comment related to its history or origin. Greetings.

Saludos.

@sirenahippie thank you very much.
This cuisine is a traditional food from South India. I usually prefer green banana as substitute to potato.
I did not peel the green banana, because it's so fresh, and green peelings also are rich in fiber. it will not affect the taste of curry. This is very easy to cook, and I learned it to my husband as he is native south Indian man.
We usually eat this with fermented rice or flat bread.
Thanks again.

Let us try this too. I will have it paratha. Yummy

Yes this really good for digestion she she. As well as substitute to potato.

Wow, this is an Indian dish I didn't know. I mean, in the country where I live there are a lot of people with Indian ancestors, but haven't seen this recipe yet at their homes. Thank you for sharing 😊; it really looks delicious.

Thank you very much @tanjakolader. India have different way of cooking in each every state. My husband is from Kerala, so our way of cooking is Kerala style curry.
Thank you all the best.

That is so true, that every region has different styles of cooking. The immigrants from India were mostly from the North of India. Regions like Uttar Pradesh, Calcutta, etc. I don't know if that tells you something about the Indian culture here though 😅. We also have people here, whose ancestors were from Pakistan.
