I have come up with another new recipe of the art that I love and love to share with you.Pasta Mixed Beans Curry. Very easy to make. It is especially suitable for children to eat. And the children eat with great pleasure. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 100g of beans
- 50g of boiled pasta
- Salt powder is a teaspoon
- Mustard powder is half a teaspoon
- Turmeric powder is half a teaspoon
- Curry powder is half a teaspoon
- Roasted fenugreek seedsis half a
teaspoon - mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon
- One and half tablespoons of oil
- 1/4 cup of condensed coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of melted Coconut milk
- A few curry leaves
- A few pandan leaves
- Chopped onions
- Two green chilli pods cut lengthwise
- Two cloves of garlic, sliced
The method of making;
Wash and clean the beans and cut them lengthwise into one-inch pieces.
First of all take a pan and add oil to it and when the oil is hot add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.
Now add chopped onion, garlic, curry leaves and pandan leaves.
Add green chillies.
Now add mustard powder, curry powder, turmeric powder and stir everything well and fry on low flame for about half a minute.
Now add the chopped beans and stir for about a minute.
Add boiled pasta.
Stir everything a little and add a teaspoon of salt powder and half cup of melted coconut milk and cook for about a minute on high heat.
After the melted coconut milk has dry, add 1/4 cup of condensed coconut milk and keep it on the stove for about a minute and remove it from the stove.
This is actually a very tasty curry and not too spicy. This curry is really delicious if the kids don't like to eat only pasta, or if they don't like to eat only beans. Will be happy.Not only that, everyone in the family can taste the this curry. If you get these ingredients, try them.
