Let's make delicious "Samosha" that are perfect for breakfast or evening tea time.

Hello my loving Hiveans,

How are you, A busy week begins today. I wanted to change our family breakfast. That's why I made "Samosha". Very wonderful food. Very tasty breakfast. So, let's see how to make it.

Ingredients:

  • 400g of wheat flour
  • 150ml of oil
  • A cup of water

  • Boiled and mashed 4 medium sized potatoes
  • Chopped a b onion
  • Chopped curry leaves
  • Chooped two pods of green chillies
  • Three teaspoons of cumin seeds
  • One and half teaspoons of salt powder
  • A teaspoon of chilli pieces
  • A teaspoon of chilli powder
  • A teaspoon of cumin powder

The method of making;

First,add flour to a bowl and add salt powder and cumin seeds to it.

Add two tablespoons of oil and gradually add water to make a dough.

Cover with a clean cloth and leave for about ten minutes.

Put a tablespoon of wheat flour and add half a tablespoon of water to it and make a normal thick liquid.

Add two tablespoons of oil to pan and add cumin seeds, chopped curry leaves, chopped green chillies and chopped b onion.

Then add cumin powder, chilli powder, chilli pieces and salt powder.

Mix them all.

Then add mashed potatoes and stir well.

Now spread smoe flour on a tray and make the dough thin as shown in the picture.14 small balls can be made. Now take the small balls one by one and thin them into a circle.

Cut the circle in two. Apply the prepared flour liquid in the diameter part of the semi-circle.The fold it by hand as shown in the picture.

Now put the potato mixture in it and apply the flour liquid in the open part. Then fold it.

Now fry in deep oil until golden.

Now this is a very delicious samosha that cwn be eaten hot.This snack very popular in my neighboring country.Perfect not only for brealfast but also for evening tea time.
