Ingredients:

  • A medium-sized carrot
  • A mediun sized onion
  • A medium-sized cauliflower
  • 50 g of leeks leaves
  • Two cloves of garlic
  • A table spoon of margarine
  • Ateaspoon of salt powder
  • A tablespoon of pepper powder

The method of making:

Make carrot finely grate.

Finely chop the onion.

Finely grate the culiflower.

Cut the garlic into rounds.

Heat a pan, add a tablespoon of margarine.

Mix everything and add a teaspoon of salt.

Mix everything well again, turn off the stove and cover for about 3 minutes.
