Happy Saturday!
Throughout weekdays, I always plan for this and that, what I would like to do or make for the weekends. However, come weekends, I just wanna sleep, be lazy, and just overly feeling blah as my energy was used up for the weekdays. In the end, on weekends, I accomplished nothing 🤣😳🤣😳 I hope you aren't like me 😁😅😅😁
I guess when you are a couple of years away from being 50, energy is escaping you much. At least for me 😫 I just don't have energy for nothing. Even for dinner, I hardly cook now 😅 My poor babies look like pizza and McDonald's now. They don't look like the father anymore 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Luckily, this following soup is all about dropping this and that into the pot and voila. No hassle much. For this, I am still able to whip myself off of the bean bag chair 🤣
1/2 pot of water
5 chicken pieces
Snap sugar peas, slice
Green beans, slice
Baby potatoes, halved
Baby carrots, slice
Mushroom buttons, from can, drain
1/2 sweet onion
3 garlic
Celery salt, mushrooms granules, Vegeta powder, to taste
A generous pinch of white pepper powder
Cooked pasta/macaroni
Bring chicken to boil, remove scum, for 10 mins
Drop in sliced snap peas, carrots, and potatoes, cook until potatoes tender, for another 10-15 mins
Make paste of onion and garlic, stir into pot
Add in mushrooms
Season. If you don't have celery salt etc, just use combination of salt, sugar and MSG to taste
Add in sliced green beans, continue boiling for 4-5 mins
Place cooked macaroni in serving bowl or deep soup plate, pour soup, and serve
