Food Preparation: 4 Chicken Dish From 2 Kg Chicken Breasts

Happy Hot Day, Friends!

Summer this year is bloody weird. Cold, hot, cold, hot, cold. A couple of tropical hanging plants I have outside, died due to it. Too cold in the morning. This year, we bought a pool, and so far, only like 5 times we could use it, not without sacrificing our sanity, as we really wanted to swim, yet even with water heater, the super windy, cloudy, often rain, and weird temperatures we are having, the pool is bloody cold. Seriously, weird Summer.

The good news. I planted peonies 2 years ago, and now they are blooming left and right. I was skeptical as the roots that I got from Walmart were totally dried. I couldn't afford to get from local nursery as they cost $65 YIKES. Walmart sells them from $16 if not less. Lucky I am cheap, and here they now, blooming beautiful 😁😍😁😍

There you go. 4 days worth chicken food prep that are enough to feed a family of 4 😊

Sort:

One of those meals looks like enough for one of my boys XD

might last them a couple of meals maybe if they're not particularly hungry

They all look pretty good, do you get leftovers from those sizes or is it pretty bang on?

Pretty bang on. We do serve them with rice, salad, etc 😉

Wow! This looks so delicious. I love to have it for lunch and snacks.

Come prepare some 😊

These are good in both for lunch and snacks :) You gave me an idea. Thank you for sharing :)
