Altho not so good for us atm, as it is snow storm. We just can't catch a break it seems. After freezing spell, now forecast says it will be snowing for days. Meh! Big meh! 🤪🤪🤪🤪 Predicted tho. When weather is warming up, it often means snow is coming. But what is warming up when it's -28 C, right 🤣🤣🤣🤣
For today's recipe, am sharing 3 recipes as one as they are to be served together 😉
Rabbit Stew (Nyulpaprikas)
1.5 kg rabbit
1 onion
2 bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 L water
3 tbsp grapeseed oil
3-4 tbsp paprika powder
Seasoning to taste
Spaetzle (Nokedli)
2 c enriched flour
2 eggs
4 tbsp grapeseed oil
250 L water (watch the vlog)
1/2 tsp of salt
Water for boiling
Salt to taste
Cucumber Salad (Uborka salata)
2 cucumbers
Sugar, salt, vinegar to taste
Enough water
Garlic (optional)
Addition
Sour cream
