Russian Cuisine: Pirozhki (Boat Shaped Buns)

Hi Guys!

We got a new deep fryer the other day 💃🕺💃🕺 I wanted air fryer, but still cannot decide which brand we should get as so many pros and cons I read. Do you have an air fryer? What is it and would you recommend it?

I made Russian fried goodies to try the fryer, they are called Pirozhki (piroshky), a cross between buns and hand pies.

Pirozhki are traditionally shaped as boats, but I see a lot of people shaped theirs round as well, so I shaped mine boats and rounds 😁

Nice... I will definitely try it at my home.

If I add one more kitchenaid equipment to the house, my hubby will probably send it to the cash converters.
Even now, he's thinking of sending my convention oven which I bought more than 3 years ago - and it's still nicely packed in the box.
Best part is, I know exactly what are the kitchen equipments I have so if he tried anything funny, I'll know .. ha ha
