Vermicelli is a healthy food that does not cause acnes like instant noodles. Vietnam is a special country because nowhere else will you find many delicious dishes with broth like ours. Today I will introduce to you a very simple way to make shrimp vermicelli with mushrooms
Ingredients
- Mushrooms
- Shrimp
- Vermicelli (Rice Noodles)
- Onion
- Vegetables or bean sprouts
- Pig bone
- Fish sauce, pepper, salt
Step 1: Wash pork bones with salt water, stew for about 1 hour to have a pot of sweet broth
Step 2: Chop boiled shrimp with mushrooms. On a hot pan, sauté onion with oil, then add shrimp and mushrooms and stir well with salt and pepper
Step 3: decorate the bowl. Put vermicelli at the bottom, then shrimp and mushrooms, vegetables, pork bones and finally add the stewed broth from step 1
This is a very tasty dish on cold days. With only easy-to-find ingredients like shrimp and mushrooms, I had a delicious meal. You can modify the pork bones with chicken bones and any vegetables you like
