Pelao de arroz. // Rice peeling.

En mi pueblo Areo llamamos este platillo Pelao de arroz con pollo. Ahora les voy a contar cómo lo hacemos. Les saluda desde aquí Gladys.

🔹 Los ingredientes son:
Arroz blanco. 2 tazas.
Pollo. 1/2 kg.
Aliños.
Aceite.
Agua.
Sal.
Onoto.
Cubito.
Cebollín.

In my town Areo we call this dish Pelao de arroz con pollo. Now I'm going to tell you how we do it. Gladys greets you from here. 🔹 The ingredients are: White rice. 2 cups. Chicken. 1/2 kg. Dressings. Oil. Water. Salt. Onoto. Ulna. Chives

🔹 Procedimiento:
Picamos en partes pequeñas todo el pollo.
Limpiamos y cortamos los aliños pequeñitos.

🔹 Procedure: Chop the whole chicken into small pieces. We clean and cut the little dressings.

Para el Pelao de arroz con pollo solemos utilizar las presas con más huesos. Guardando la pechuga para hacer otras recetas.

For the Pelao de arroz con pollo we usually use the prey with more bones. Saving the breast to make other recipes.

Luego colocamos en una paila bien limpia el pollo junto con los aliños, un punto de sal, aceite de onoto y suficiente de agua.

Then we place the chicken in a clean pan together with the seasonings, a point of salt, onoto oil and enough water.

Dejamos cocinar el pollo.

Mientras el pollo va soltando su sabor en los aliños, preparamos aparte el arroz blanco. Vamos a dorarlo un poco en una paila engrasada de aceite.

Una vez cosido el pollo lo incorporamos en el arroz semitostado.

De vez en cuando lo removemos para que no se pegue. No olviden de agregar el cebollín. Quedará de muy buen sabor.
