Today I will share a brand new recipe with you, Bengali's favorite fish is hilsa fish. There are very few people who do not like hilsa fish, but I am one of those people who do not like to eat a lot of hilsa fish.

Hilsa fish cooking materials,

  • Two medium sized hilsa fish,

  • Three onions,

  • Six or seven green chillies,

  • One spoon of ginger garlic paste,

  • Red chilli powder half spoon,

  • One spoon of turmeric powder,

  • Cumin Coriander powder half spoon,

  • Salt to taste,

  • Coriander leaves are chopped,

  • Soybean oil 6 tbsp,

First, I cut the hilsa fish into medium size pieces, wash them clean and take them into a bone. Now I will boil the pieces of hilsa fish with some amount of water and a little turmeric powder in the oven. After ten minutes I will turn off the oven.

When the hilsa fish pieces are cooked, I will wait until it cools down, then put the hilsa fish pieces in a strainer and shake them with a spoon to remove the hilsa fish meat and discard the pieces.

Once the pieces of hilsa fish are cut out, I will put eight spoons of soybean oil in a pan on the stove. When hot, saute the chopped onions with green chillies on medium flame. When the onion turns light pink in color, add ginger garlic paste and fry it on medium flame.

Once the ginger garlic batter is fried, now I add all the masala powders one by one in the pan and fry the masala powders on medium heat of the stove. Once fried, I will pour the water of the cut hilsa fish into the pan and cook it on medium heat of the stove until the broth dries up.

Delicious recipe for sliced ​​hilsa fish When the broth dries up, sprinkle with coriander leaves and turn off the stove.

I've never heard of this dish, but thanks to you now I know this is Bengali's favorite fish. This is why I love Hive.
