1. Lo primero que vamos a realizar es colocar en el bol la mantequilla y el azúcar, empezamos a mezclar para integrar.

4. Ahora con ayuda de un colador vamos a tamizar la harina de trigo iremos agregando poco a poco mientras vamos mezclando, cuando ya se esté convirtiendo en una masa puede comenzar a mezclar con las manos sin ningún problema, la idea es que nos quede una masa compacta.

5. Acá tenemos dos opciones podemos estirar la masa en una superficie plana e ir sacando con un molde las galletas o simplemente vamos tomando bolitas de masa y le vamos dando forma con nuestras manos, estas las vamos a colocar en un bol previamente enharinado.

6. La llevamos a fuego medio bajo, por unos 15 minutos, cómo saben yo las realicé en la estufa porque no tengo horno y quedaron muy sabrosos.

Unas galletas que se ven muy buena y ricas para comerlas con una gran taza de café, me gusto la preparación y con tan solo pocos ingredientes y en poco tiempo se logra conseguir un gran resultado. Además siempre es bueno probar otras maneras.
