Hoy les traigo una receta bastante versátil a la hora de combinarla y degustarla. Se trata de unas deliciosas berenjenas asadas ideal para compartir en familia en cualquier lugar y hora.
Today I bring you a very versatile recipe when it comes to combining and tasting it. It is a delicious roasted eggplant ideal for sharing with the family at any place and time.
- 4 Berenjenas | 4 Eggplants.
- 1 cebolla | 1 onion
- Ajo| Garlic
- 1 cucharada de vinagre | 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 cucharada de aceite | 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 Cucharada de sal| 1 tablespoon of salt.
- Primero ponemos a asar las berenjenas.
First we roast the eggplants.
- Luego abrimos las berenjenas y sacamos la pulpa.
Then we open the eggplants and take out the pulp.
- Seguidamente agregamos el ajo y sal.
Then add the garlic and salt.
- Añada el vinagro blanco y por ultimo la cebolla picada en cuadros.
Add the white vinegar and finally the chopped onion in squares.
Listo para servir la crema de berenjenas asadas. Nada mejor que disfrutar de una de tus comidas favoritas, y si es en compañía de personas importantes y especiales, es super.
