Hola amigos de hive espero se encuentren muy bien este día, hoy les traigo una deliciosa parrilla al estilo campestre, saliendo un poco de la rutina diaria, tratando de comer lo mas saludable posible y que sea muy completa la comida. Sin mas que decir espero que esta semana este llena de bendiciones para todos y vamos ahora a la receta.

Ingredientes:
3 Bistec.
1/2 kilo de Yuca 1 Pedazo de ocumo
6 Dientes de Ajo
Sal
Orégano
Salsa Inglesa.
Vinagre.
1 Tomate.
1 Cebolla mediana.
Aceite.
Aguacate.
Perejil.
Ingredients:
3 steak
1/2 kilo of Yuca
1 Piece of Ocumo
6 cloves of garlic
Salt
Oregano
English sauce.
Vinegar.
1 tomato.
1 medium onion.
Oil.
Avocado.
Parsley.
Paso a paso:
Paso 1: En un bol se coloca un chorrito de vinagre , sal, ajo y orégano , se mezcla y se incorpora la carne dejándola reposar por unos minutos.

Step 1: In a bowl place a splash of vinegar, salt, garlic and oregano, mix and add the meat, letting it rest for a few minutes
Paso 2: En una olla se pone a hervir el ocumo cono y la yuca con agua y sal.
Step 2: In a pot, boil the cone and cassava with water and salt.
Paso 3: Se pica el tomate y la cebolla al estilo juliana. Luego se adereza con aceite, Vinagre y sal al gusto.
Step 3: Chop the tomato and onion julienne style. Then it is seasoned with oil, vinegar and salt to taste.
Paso 4: Una vez marinada la carne se lleva a la parrillera a asar hasta que este cocinada por ambos lados.

Paso 5: Ya lista la carne y las verduras sancionadas se procede a servir el plato obteniendo este delicioso banquete. Acompañado con aguacate y un mojito preparado con perejil y cilantro
