Buenas noches mi linda comunidad #Foodies estoy nuevamente con ustedes, les mando un fuerte abrazo desde la distancia, salud y bastante abundancia, espero tengan un feliz fin de semana, no olviden cuidarse mucho, la salud es lo mas importante. Bueno hoy les traigo una rica y esponjosa tortilla de huevo con champiñones ideal para un desayuno, almuerzo o cena, la puedes realizar en esos días donde no quieras comer pollo, carne, pescado, entre otros, es muy nutritiva y de buen sabor. Aquí les dejo la receta.

Well today I bring you a rich and fluffy egg omelette with mushrooms ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can make it on those days where you do not want to eat chicken, meat, fish, among others, it is very nutritious and tastes good. Here I left you the recipe.

Ingredientes:

6 Champiñones grandes
4 Huevos
5 Diente de ajo
Perejil
Salsa Inglesa
Salsa Soya
Salsa de Ajo
Pimienta
Adobo

Ingredients:

6 large mushrooms
4 Eggs
5 clove of garlic
Parsley
English sauce
Soy sauce
Garlic sauce
Pepper
Adobo

Preparación:

Se coloca en una sartén a fuego medio. Se incorpora un poquito de aceite y cuando esté caliente se le incorpora el ajo , los champiñones picados, el perejil, las salsas, el adobo al gusto. Se deja rehogar por 5 minutos removiendo los ingredientes.

It is placed in a skillet over medium heat. Add a little oil and when hot add the garlic, chopped mushrooms, parsley, sauces, and marinade to taste. Let it sauté for 5 minutes, stirring the ingredients.

Se baten los dos huevos y se le añaden los champiñones ya listos.
The two eggs are beaten and the ready mushrooms are added.

Se colocan en la sartén con un poquito de aceite hasta que dore por un lado y cuando esté listo se voltea para que se termine de cocinar y al estar dorado se retira del fuego.
They are placed in the pan with a little oil until it is golden on one side and when it is ready, it is turned over to finish cooking and when it is golden, it is removed from the heat.

Y aquí ya tenemos una rica y deliciosa tortilla de champiñones. Se puede acompañar con arroz blanco y tajadas, como yo lo hice en mi foto de portada.
