Hello everyone! Today I am going to share a video that was most consuming for me to edit which is a chicken biryani cooking recipe video. This is the video that took me a very long time to edit as there were too many steps and I was worried that the viewers may have difficulties understanding. I even thought of splitting it into two parts to reduce confusion but in the end I just combined everything in one part and simplified the steps as much as I could. I rendered it yesterday and it turned out my parents gave me a feedback that the music was too loud and party-like. Hence, I edited it again and replaced the music with calmer ones and rendered again.

The following are the ingredients required to cook this yummy meal:

  • Basmati rice
  • One whole chicken (marinated)
  • Cloves
  • Cinnamon
  • Star anise
  • Bay leaves
  • Water
  • Ghee
  • Oil
  • Cardamom
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Tomatoes
  • Green chillies
  • Garam masala
  • Fried onion

You may be surprised as you don't see adding any curry or chilli powders but actually they have already been added in the chicken marination so there is no need to add them again. If you would like the recipe for chicken marination, please check the following video:

I hope that you enjoy watching my video. It may be time consuming to prepare this meal but I assure you that it will be worth it. Thank you for dropping by and have a great day ahead!
