- 1 cucharadita de azúcar, 1 cucharadita de vinagre, 1 cucharadita de salsa ketchup, 1 cucharadita de salsa de soya.
- 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon ketchup, 1 teaspoon soy sauce.

- Pelar las berenjenas.
- Peel the eggplants.
- Cortar las berenjenas en 3 cilindros.

- Colocar las berenjenas en un tazón con agua y le agregamos la sal.

- Hacer cortes verticales u horizontales.
