Su origen es de Colombia, esta sencilla receta se hace con un jugoso bistec, cubierto por una salsa o sofrito que hagamos con aliños y se le coloca un huevo frito por encima y tenemos una exquisita receta que se puede acompañar con arroz hervido o pan. Ingredientes / Ingredients: 🔪

- 1 bistec de res, 1 huevo, 1 tomate, 1/2 cebolla, 1 diente de ajo, aliños cortados en trocitos, 3 tiras de pimentón, sal al gusto, pimienta, aceite.

- 1 beef steak, 1 egg, 1 tomato, 1/2 onion, 1 clove of garlic, seasonings cut into pieces, 3 strips of bell pepper, salt to taste, pepper, oil.

Preparación / Preparation: 🍳

- Lavamos y cortamos en trocitos el ajo, pimentón, tomate, cebolla y aliños.

- Wash and cut the garlic, bell pepper, tomato, onion and dressings into small pieces.

- Condimentamos el bistec de res con la sal al gusto y pimienta.

- We season the beef steak with salt to taste and pepper.

- En un sartén añadimos un chorrito de aceite, calentamos y agregamos el bistec a freír.

- Doramos por ambos lados y reservamos.

- En el mismo aceite donde freímos el bistec añadimos los vegetales, mezclamos y sofreímos por 5 min.

- Servimos sel sofrito encima de bistec.

- En un sartén añadimos un chorrito de aceite calentamos y cascamos el huevo, freímos.
