En días anteriores hice una publicación de cómo hacer un paté de morcillas y la verdad me encantó. Hoy les traigo como hacer esta combinación con sólo 4 ingredientes para comer las morcillas de otra forma. Ésta es una manera diferente de preparar las morcillas, es bueno experimentar nuevas combinaciones y sabores, caramelizadas con cebolla también me gustan. Today I bring you how to make this combination with only 4 ingredients to eat the black pudding in a different way. This is a different way of preparing blood sausage, it is good to experiment with new combinations and flavours, caramelized with onions I also like. - 2 morcillas, 1 cebolla, 1/2 taza de agua, 1/2 taza de azúcar blanca.
- 2 blood sausages, 1 onion, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of white sugar.

- En un sartén colocar el agua con el azúcar y llevar a fuego medio.
- In a pan, place the water with the sugar and bring to a medium heat.
- Cortar la cebolla en aros.
- Cut the onion into rings.
- Cuando el almíbar comience hacer burbujas.
- When the syrup starts to bubble.
- Añadir los aros de cebolla.
- Add the onion rings.
- Seguidamente incorporar las morcillas.
- Then add the blood sausages.
- Dejar a fuego medio hasta que la cebolla cristalice y el almíbar espese.
- Leave over medium heat until the onion crystallizes and the syrup thickens.
