¡Un gran saludo estimados amigos!. Hoy hice un almuerzo algo diferente, dos combinaciones en un sólo plato. Hice un puré de zanahoria con queso y especies, y un muslo de pollo asado, ambos deliciosos y muy sano, con muchas vitaminas, fácil de hacer y degustar. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.
A big greeting dear friends! Today I made a somewhat different lunch, two combinations in one plate. I made a carrot puree with cheese and spices, and a roast chicken thigh, both delicious and very healthy, with many vitamins, easy to make and taste. I hope you like it and enjoy it.

- 5 zanahorias, 1 muslo de pollo, 1 tomate, 5 ajíes dulces, 2 hojas de orégano, 1/2 pimentón, 1 ramito de cebollín, 1 ramito de cilantro, 4 dientes de ajo, 1 pedazo de queso, aceite, sal al gusto, comino, pimienta, curry, adobo, agua.
- 5 carrots, 1 chicken thigh, 1 tomato, 5 sweet peppers, 2 oregano leaves, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 sprig of chives , 1 sprig of coriander, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 piece of cheese, oil, salt to taste, cumin, pepper, curry, marinade, water.

Preparación del Puré de Zanahorias / Preparation of Carrot Puree: 🍲
- Lavamos, pelamos y cortamos en trozos las zanahorias; en una olla con agua las ponemos a hervir a fuego alto con una pizca de sal hasta ablandar.
- We wash, peel and cut the carrots into pieces; in a pot with water we put them to boil over high heat with a pinch of salt until soft.
- Colamos las zanahorias.
- We strain the carrots.
- Con ayuda de la licuadora agregue las zanahorias y licue con un poco de agua hasta espesar, agregue sal al gusto, comino y pimienta.
- With the help of a blender add the carrots and blend with a little water until thick, add salt to taste, cumin and pepper.
- Mezclé y agregué queso rallado y cebollín cortado finamente.
- I mixed and added grated cheese and finely cut chives.
- Añadí cilantro cortado en trocitos y mezclé.
- I added diced coriander and mixed.
- ¡Terminado el puré!. Muy sabroso quedó.

Preparación del Pollo / Chicken Preparation: 🍗
- Lavamos y condimentamos el pollo con adobo, comino, pimienta y cúrcuma, lo frotamos.
- We wash and season the chicken with marinade, cumin, pepper and turmeric, we rub it.
- En un sartén agregamos un chorrito de aceite, calentamos y añadimos el muslo de pollo, lo volteamos cada 3 min.
- In a frying pan we add a drizzle of oil, heat and add the chicken thigh, turn it every 3 min.
- Cortamos finamente las hojas de orégano, ajo, pimentón y ajíes dulces.
- Finely chop the oregano, garlic, bell pepper and sweet pepper leaves.
- Añadimos al sartén.
- Add to the pan.
- Agregamos una taza de agua y dejamos cocer hasta reducir de agua y servimos junto al puré de zanahorias. Si desean se calienta el puré.
- Add a cup of water and cook until reduced in water and serve with the carrot puree. If desired, heat the puree.
